The winning team cracked open the prosecco to celebrate!

Sports Media LGBT+’s ‘Quiztorical’ pub quiz night returned for LGBT+ History Month in association with our friends at West London Queer Project and raised a tidy sum for charity!

A total of 20 teams packed into The Duchess in Hammersmith for an evening of intense quizzing and helped to raise an impressive £750 for akt.

WLQP is a community interest company that organises social events and networking opportunities across West London. Through our connections with Pride in Touch, Sports Media LGBT+ has helped to set up WLQP’s Touch Rugby sessions which have proved to be a big success.

There were almost 100 attendees in total for the quiz night, and they took on a devious colour-themed celebrity picture round, before tackling rounds of general knowledge, recent news, sequences, music and the dreaded Wipeout round.

Thanks to everyone involved and particularly all who donated prizes to the raffle!
